Simpson College incoming students will begin arriving this week, and the administration at Simpson College is inviting local businesses and service groups to a community showcase on August 24th. The businesses and service groups will have a chance to recruit new members or show off products to incoming freshmen. A later event will be held jointly with Indianola Hometown Pride, as they have partnered with Simpson College to help service groups recruit new members and encourage public engagement at a later event on August 26th. The community showcase will take place from 11am to 1pm in Pfeiffer Great Hall on the Simpson College campus. Attendees are asked to RSVP to anna.pena@simpsoncollege.edu
