The facility would be built on county land, and the update was to inform the council on what set of codes the building would be built under, and how the city would be using updated building codes for the construction. The council also discussed a no-parking zone on N 9th St, and directed city staff to further look into the issue. The council also went into closed session before adjournment, discussing the purchase or sale of real estate.
