Nathan Wolff on his first day serving as School Information Officer in Pella in 2018

Students at Pella and Pella Christian will have the chance to interact with a full-time school resource officer this academic year. Officer Nathan Wolff is serving in the role after starting as a liaison between the Pella Police Department and local schools part-time last year, and this past spring, was hired to serve in that capacity every day this year and moving forward. Lt. Paul Haase encourages parents to meet Wolff and reach out to him to connect with their kids and learn more about the police and how they can help. Wolff will serve as a full-time school resource officer, and the department also continues their class in the Career Academy of Pella.
