The PCM cross country teams will finally see what they can do after putting in a lot of work over the summer. The Mustangs get their season underway this evening when they travel to an invitational at the Iowa State Cross Country Course in Ames. PCM will be one of several area teams competing at this event that will include schools of all sizes. Coach Eric Karr says that while this meet won’t mean much in the long run, it’ll be good to finally get the season started.

Pella Christian and Pleasantville are the other local teams competing at this invitational. It gets underway at 4:45 p.m. in Ames.
