While the PCM football team will have to wait a little longer to play at home than they hoped, significant upgrades are coming to the high school’s football stadium. Superintendent Brad Jermeland says several needs arose at the facility with the grass field in place over the past several years and an aging track. New, state-of-the-art turf installation and a reconstructed track are nearing completion, according to Jermeland. A wet spring and summer put the project behind schedule, but PCM will be ready to play on the new field soon, and in the meantime, Central College will play host to the first two Mustang football games. Hear more about the new stadium and what it means for all PCM High School outdoor programs on tonight’s Football Friday Night Feature, airing during the Jeromy Dingeman Concrete Football Friday Night Preview Show from 4:30 to 6:30 on 92.1 KRLS.
