While Knoxville will take the Labor Day holiday off like everyone else, Tuesday brings a busy night of activities. Boys and girls cross country heads to Albia for a race. The Panthers will likely get their first look at many of the South Central Conference contenders. Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars are also involved in that event. The volleyball squad will start defense of its back-to-back conference titles by hosting Chariton. The 7-0 and #15 ranked in class 4A Panthers are currently on a 13 match conference winning streak dating back to the final match of the 2016 season.
