The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will consider a resolution to accept work and to approve final cost for the Youngs Park Improvement Project. They will discuss and take possible action regarding the traffic control changes at the S. Roche and W. Robinson Street intersection. The meeting will begin at 5 pm inside the Municipal Building Council Chambers.
