Tomorrow evening the Knoxville Police Department will host their 4th Annual Ice Cream with A Cop event in front of the Knoxville Police Department. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Lieutenant Aaron Fuller tells KNIA/KRLS News the event is free and open to everyone and all anyone has to do is just show up and they will have their choice of ice cream with whatever toppings they want as well as a dinky donut if they prefer that. This year the department has partnered with Kone Korner and Dinky Donuts to provide ice cream and donuts to the residents of Knoxville. The annual event is held each year as a way for the Knoxville Police Department to say thank you to the community for their support throughout the year.
