Indianola Parks and Rec will be opening up their fall season Indoor Playground for kids in October. Kathy Kester with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News the Indoor Playground program allows kids to burn off some energy with the temperatures getting a little colder. Kester also said parents must provide supervision, but equipment will be available. The playground will have its first open date on Wednesday, October 23rd, and open each Wednesday after that for the rest of the fall and winter.
