The work continues on the trails around Indianola, with both the East Hillcrest Trail Connector and Jerry Kelley Trail under construction. The East Hillcrest Trail Connector is undergoing grading work, while Jerry Kelley Trail completed utility work and a retaining wall at the bottom of the hill near North Kenwood and West Iowa streets will begin Monday. The City of Indianola asks that all commuters use caution when driving in construction areas.
