Tomorrow afternoon the Knoxville Public Library will host a program titled Tomorrow is Another Day with historian Kathy Wilson as part of the library’s Lifelong Learning Series from 1 pm to 3 pm. Assistant Director of the library, Staci Stanton tells KNIA/KRLS News Wilson will talk about Margaret Mitchell and the book Gone with the Wind and the background to the novel. The program will also investigate how the Lost Cause, Victorian social attitudes, and Margaret Mitchell’s own family history all served as the inspiration for the book that has remained popular for more than 80 years. The program is free and open to the public.
