The Knoxville Shooting Team held their Fun Shoot Saturday at the Marion County Sportsmen’s Club. Close to 30 participants took part in the event which featured shooting games such as Trap, Two Stand, Annie Oakley and Brother-in-Law. Team Member Gabe Seuferer a Pleasantville junior tells KNIA/KRLS News the Fun Shoot is such a great event because it helps raise funds for the team to use throughout the year for various competitions. Seuferer says the event also allows for people who have never shot a gun or even held a gun to shoot for the first time while being helped by shooting team members. The Fun Shoot was a family friendly event which also featured fishing for children as well as door prizes handed out throughout the day. Two guns were also raffled off with Terry Jones winning the Remington 1100 Competition and Nikolle Kussatz winning the Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22 rifle.
