Paving on Highway 92 in Indianola begins today. The Iowa Department of Transportation will have crews in the area, and begin the final step of the milling and overlay project that began on the Marion/Warren County border in early summer. The paving will be dry weather dependent, but is expected to be on the east side of Highway 65/69 Tuesday, and move to the West side once work is completed. A pilot car will be present during roadwork, and flashing lights will be present at all stoplights, including the intersection of Highway 65/69, in the area. IDOT also warns drivers who use Highway 92 to commute to expect delays, and to be cautious of all workers in the area.
