The Indianola City Council will meet in special session Monday evening. The council will consider a resolution directing the acceptance of purchasing $4.6 million of General Obligation Refunding Capital Loan Notes, a measure which will save the city money on its general obligation bonds. The council will also consider several resolutions authorizing the redemption of General Obligation Urban Renewal Bonds, another potential money saving measure. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
