The Knoxville Volleyball Squad made most of its journey to southeastern Iowa last night with a three sets to none sweep over Mount Pleasant 25-20, 25-10, and 25-15. The Panthers were playing down a couple of starters and Coach Mollie Keitges told KRLS Sports the girls stepped into the rotation and played well. Katie Keitges had 18 kills and 18 digs, Reilly Finarty had a good all-around match getting seven kills, 15 digs, and 15/16 serving with and ace. Alyssa Vaske, pressed into action went 15/16 serving with three aces and 14 digs. The Panthers also achieved 20 wins for the first time since the 2013 season and will take this weekend off and are not in action again until a week from Saturday at the Pella High Invitational.
