Next Saturday, October 12th the Knoxville Township Rural Fire Department will hold their 11th annual Pancake Feed at the Knoxville Township Rural Fire Department located at 102 W Main Street. A breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs and a drink will be served for a free will donation. Proceeds from the breakfast will go towards supplies for the department such as new gloves and socks. The event will also serve as an opportunity for anyone who might be interested in joining the department to learn more about it. Applications will be available with crew members available to answer any questions. Fire Trucks and equipment will be on display throughout the event for everyone to view and ask questions about. The pancake feed will be held from 7 to 11 a.m.
