Pleasantville Athletics has a very light schedule this week, with only three varsity events. The cross country runners will head to Greenfield Monday evening to take part in a large meet with 21 teams competing. All teams are off until Friday, when the football team will try to get a bounce-back win on the road at Woodward-Granger. The volleyball team will look for a bounce-back of their own on Saturday after losing two in a row for the first time this season. They’ll head to a tournament at Martensdale-St. Marys.
