The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. The council set a date of October 21st, 2019 for two public hearings for a zoning map amendment for properties located at 305 N. McKinley and 710 W. Main Street. They approved class C liquor licenses for Casey’s General Stores, Iowa Beer Bus and Round Window Liquor.
