Voters in Pella had the chance to hear from Pella City Council candidates Thursday during a forum focused on issues relating to business development in the community. The Pella Area Community and Economic Alliance and 92.1 KRLS partnered together for a forum for the four contested Pella City Council races. All 11 candidates who filed official candidacy documents attended and answered questions, which were also aired live on 92.1 KRLS. Central College Political Science Professor Andrew Green and Dr. Bob Leonard co-hosted the two hour session focusing on issues relating to business development in the Tulip City. Additionally, over the next several weeks, Let’s Talk Pella segments with each of the candidates will air, with profiles of each posted online daily.
