Both Knoxville Boys and Girls Cross Country Squads finished third at the South Central Conference meet yesterday in Osceola hosted by Clarke. The boys got all conference performances from Jordan Bacon, who finished sixth in a time of 19:37 and Seth Walraven came home ninth in a time of 19:52. On the girls side, as expected Knoxville’s Norah Pearson won the girls conference individual title by 25 seconds over second place for Knoxville’s only all conference selection. The Panthers will await their state qualifying destination later this week.
