The Twin Cedars Cross Country Squads ran at Mediapolis on Thursday and returned with several good results. The girls did not have enough to runners to score, but Rylee Dunkin first in a time of 19:58, while Cheyanne Bruns took seventh in 22:33, and Kisha Reed was 11th in 23:00. Boys runner Andrew Freel was 49th in a time of 22:45. Coach Trent Verwers tells KRLS Sports they got a tough draw being sent to Marshalltown, but hopes to get three or four runners to state.
