The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released their weekly regional rankings Tuesday. The Central men’s cross country team finds themselves ranked ninth in the Central Region for the third week in a row. The Dutch placed seventh at the UW-La Crosse invitational on Saturday, helping them hold onto their spot in the poll.
Six of the 10 teams in this week’s rankings are from the American Rivers Conference. Wartburg remains the top-ranked team, as they have been for the entirety of the season so far. Luther is fifth, Loras is sixth, and Nebraska Wesleyan is seventh. Simpson rounds out the poll at number 10.
