McCoy True Value was honored with best Woman-Owned Business of the Year.

The Warren County Economic Impact Awards Event was held last night at Simpson College, honoring local businesses for their impact and success in the area. Three nominees were in each category, and finalists were chosen from six different categories, with Warren County residents choosing:

Woman-Owned Business of the Year – McCoy True Value
New Business of the Year – Coco & Nini’s Restaurant and Lounge
Innovation Award – Milo Locker Meats
Producer/Manufacturer of the Year – Iowa Distilling Company
Top Business in a Community Under 3,000 Population – The Chicken Restaurant
Business of the Year – Des Moines Truck Brokers

An update on Warren County Hometown Pride and Carlisle Hometown Pride were also given on the event from Lorin Ditzler and Ronda Frost.
