Several area volleyball players were selected to the 2019 Little Hawkeye All-Conference Volleyball Team. For Pella, Bailey Van Voorst was a first-team selection and Anna Vander Waal earned 2nd team honors. Molly Bolt of Pella Christian finished with 354 kills, 3rd in the LHC, and had 3.03 per set, good for 4th in LHC — which earned hear 1st team recognition. Anna Van Zee led the conference in digs (482) and digs per set (4.19) overall, and was a 2nd team honoree. Lizzy Posthuma and Avey Amelse of the Eagles and Courtney Thompson of Pella were honorable mentions. Senior hitter Anna Marvelli and Sophomore hitter Lauren Blake were first-team selections. Marvelli racked up 376 kills during the regular season, 2nd overall in the league, and Lauren Blake had 245, with 2.19 per set. Alivia Bauer was a 2nd team honoree, with 49 blocks this fall.
