Simpson Women’s Soccer Coach Jeremy Reinert was named American Rivers Conference Coach of the Year, as voted on by the league’s nine head coaches. The Storm went 10-4-5 and 4-2-2 in league play, and Reinert tells KNIA Sports this season was a success as the Storm finished third in conference play, but the overall goal is to win a conference championship so their work is not yet done. Emma Fledderman and Rachel Neumann were both named as All-Conference, while Brooklyn Froehlich, Megan Roberts, and Cami Schmalz were given All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. The Storm season came to a close Saturday in the American Rivers Conference tournament.
