A Celebration of life for Carl Edward Burns, age 64, of Bussey will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 13th at the Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville. Prior to services, the family will be greeting friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Carl’s memory to the American Heart Association.
