Three Central football players have earned spots on the Division III Academic All-District Eight football team presented by the College Sports Information Directors of America, the organization announced Thursday.

Kicker Jon Alberts, defensive back Danny Anderson and holder Logan Huinker were the Central players named to the list.

To qualify, a student-athlete must be either a starter or key reserve and achieve a grade point average of at least 3.30.

The Dutch, (8-1 overall, 6-1 American Rivers Conference) will conclude the regular season at Coe on Saturday. A win would clinch Central the American Rivers Conference title.
