It was a remarkable turnaround this season for the Pleasantville volleyball team. The Trojans 16-9 this year after a 4-19 finish in 2018. Senior leadership was a large part of Pleasantville’s success, as they had the experience and expertise of four seniors in the starting lineup.

An eight-game win streak had Pleasantville’s record as good as 12-3 at one point, but some late season mishaps led to a short postseason, as the Trojans fell in the quarterfinals to Pella Christian after a first round bye. Pleasantville says goodbye to five seniors.
