The Pleasantville Trojans were back in action last night for back to back games as they came up with another win, defeating Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont 52-47. The road game was close from start to finish as the first quarter ended with the Trojans down 11-9. Both offenses got hot in the second quarter as the first half ended with the Trojans down 29-26. In the second half, the Trojans came out firing and were able to capture the lead by the end of the 3rd quarter. Pleasantville improves to 2-0 and welcomes Melcher-Dallas for the home opener on December 3rd, a boys-girls doubleheader that can be heard live on the KNIA3 stream.
