The Trojans Boys basketball season starts this week, and with a limited roster of only 8, conditioning has been a major factor in the first few weeks of practice. When asked about the strategy of dealing with a small roster, Head Coach Joel Allman said there are a few keys to having a short rotation

“Yeah we’re gonna have to first off be in pretty good shape, and the way that we do that is just by practicing hard, but then when it comes to game time, the day before, we need to make sure they’re pretty fresh, that way they can maximize the amount of minutes they’re playing, but we need guys to be really smart as far as when they’re in the game, we’ve got to reduce foul trouble.”

The Trojans boys first game is this Tuesday, December 3rd, against the Melcher-Dallas Saints, with tip-off at 7:30pm, and remember you can hear that game live, on the KNIA3 Stream.
