The Trojans boys basketball team is off to a 1-0 start to the season, and will go on the road tonight to take on Woodward Academy. The season opener couldn’t have gone better, as they hosted the Melcher-Dallas Saints and won 73-24.

By half time the Trojans had a commanding 38-10 lead, and in the second half they kept it rolling, outscoring the Saints 35-14.

Points were led by Seniors Brady Powers, and Teron Mount, who had 16 apiece. The Trojans got another 15 points from sophomore Mason Scheve. 

Tip-off tonight is at 7:30pm at Woodward Academy.
