A Pella High School alumna took part in a state agriculture pageant over the weekend. Codi Holdeman was Miss Jasper County Iowa Miss United States Agriculture and attended the Miss United States Agriculture State Pageant for Iowa Saturday. Holdeman received the title of Iowa Miss Agriculture Advocacy Ambassador, which allows her to compete at the National Miss United States Agriculture Pageant in June in Orlando, Florida. Also at the State Pageant, Holdeman received 3rd runner up for Iowa Miss, Iowa Miss Congeniality and Best On Stage Introduction. She is from Reasnor, Iowa and attended Pella Community Schools, graduating in the class of 2018, and is currently attending DMACC.
