The future vision of development along Oskaloosa Street was approved by the Pella City Council at their meeting this week. City Administrator Mike Nardini says the Oskaloosa Street Corridor Development Guidelines are a roadmap for several aspects of revitalizing the gateway corridor. He says the plan drafted by Snyder and Associates discusses several aspects related to the development of businesses along the street, including recommended streetscape changes, zoning adjustments, potential city beautification projects, and potential economic incentives.
