The PCM basketball teams hit the road again Friday evening, this time to Nevada. The Mustang girls fell back to .500 on the season with a 57-46 loss. Regan Freland once again led the way with 15 points. Lilli Baird chimed in with 13 points as well. PCM falls to 4-4 overall, 3-2 in the Heart of Iowa Conference heading into the break.
It was a tough loss for the PCM boys. Despite leading 42-24 after three quarters, the Cubs outscored the Mustangs 20-9 in the fourth quarter to come from behind for a 54-51 win.
PCM falls to 4-3 overall and 3-2 in the conference. The Mustangs will be back in action on Friday, January 3rd at Roland-Story.
