With the 2019 portion of the season over, the Pleasantville Boys basketball team  is 3-2 through five games. Pleasantville started off their season with back-to-back wins against Melcher-Dallas and Woodward Academy.  

 

Their first loss came in the next game, against Panorama High School, but they were able to bounce back and get the win against Earlham. In their match up with Des Moines Christian last week they lost 60-41.

The team’s offense has come mostly through Sophomore Mason Sheve, and Seniors Teron Mount, and Tagen Douma. Sheve is averaging 12.4 points per game, and shooting 51% from the field, and 59% from the three point line. Mount is averaging 11.4 points per game, and Douma follows him with 11.2 per game.

The Trojans’ first game after the break will be January 3rd, and you can hear that broadcasted live on the KNIA3 stream.
