One of the goals for the Indianola Public Library over the course of 2019 was to get younger adults more involved with library activities. Library Director Michele Patrick tells KNIA News catering events for that age range was a big success.

“We’ve had a lot of success with the younger adults range, those around the ages of 20-30 with the murder mystery nights or the Harry Potter Wizarding Weekend, but as we move forward we want to try and get the more senior adults involved, those in the age ranges of 30-40, and get them to come out to the library.”

Patrick also said that some of the next steps will include more trivia nights to continue to get the older population more involved.
