Pella Regional Health Center has named Nichelle Weiler to the role of Education Manager. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing the Education function of Pella Regional and ensuring all regulatory standards are being met related to the competence of employees in the workplace. Weiler has worked at Pella Regional since 2014, starting in Human Resources as a recruitment specialist before moving to the role of generalist in 2016. In addition to her role as Education Manager, Weiler will also handle employee relations in Human Resources.

“I am excited for the duties and challenges of this new role,” said Weiler. “The education team is a very knowledgeable and skilled group of individuals and I look forward to working with them.”
