Applications are still being accepted for the Warren County Leadership Institute organized by Warren County Economic Development. Rachel Gocken with Warren County Economic Development tells KNIA News the institute is not only a way to learn about leadership skills, it is a way to network with your peers.
“We have graduated over 400 business professionals living and working in Warren County, so we have had quite a list of people come through that are now giving back to the community in a positive way and many are involved in the same groups after the class. We take public employees, business owners large and small, and business employees large and small, and they always say year after year that it is a great way to learn more about Warren County and stay connected.”
The leadership class consists of eight sessions beginning in January, with the first session taking place on January 16th, and includes a bus tour of Warren County and a graduation ceremony in April.
