The board will review organizational agenda items, including the appointment of a mayor pro-tem, city attorney, and city clerk, as well as designation of official publication and financial depositories. Council will also review the second readings of ordinances amending permitted uses for amusement recreation land use zoning areas, as well as new provisions and definitions for urban gardens in the city limits. Council will also review the Harvest Investments Revised Development Agreement, 2019 Sidewalk Repair Project Bid, and the first look at the 2021 budget ahead of workshops in February.
