The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. Newly elected council members John Gotta, Justin Plum and Jyl DeJong took the oath of office along with Mayor Brian Hatch. New Knoxville Police Officer Cody Nichol was also sworn in. The council approved a resolution regarding an easement for the Highway 14 and Weiler Drive Project. The easement will allow for a right turn lane to be installed on Weiler Drive when construction begins on the project.
