Pella Regional Health Center is seeking community members to help them improve into the future. Chief Nursing Officer Deb Willyard says the hospital is developing a patient and family advisory committee, which will share with Pella Regional leaders ways to improve care. Willyard says they are seeking individuals who are willing to share stories about their hospital or clinic experience, create materials and plans for improving healthcare quality and safety, give feedback about their hospital stay, and provide input about policy and care practices.
