Former United States Secretary of State and former Senator from Massachusetts John Kerry visited Knoxville Monday. Kerry made the stop as part of the “We Know Joe” Community Event promoting the presidential campaign of former Vice President Joe Biden. The event was held at Peace Tree Brewing Company in front of a crowd of approximately 30 people. Kerry tells KNIA/KRLS New he believes Iowans should caucus for Joe Biden because he believes Biden is the single most qualified candidate running for president. Kerry says no other candidate has sat for eight years and learned how to run the country like Biden has.
