The Indianola City Council will meet in regular session tonight due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. The council will consider the request from Kading Properties on a site plan for the Cavitt Creek Condominiums, after originally delaying the decision in December to gain more information on the project. The council will discuss an ordinance changing the terms on certain boards and commissions to align them with the fiscal year and consider appointments to those boards and commissions, set a public hearing date on amending the city code, and consider procedural items regarding the Water Resource Recovery Facility project and the Quail Meadows Lift Station project. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
