The Melcher Dallas Saints girls basketball team has made a huge jump in progress this last year, going from 3-16 last season to now 8-7, with 3 games remaining in the season. They are currently on a 3 game winning streak, taking down Orient-Macksburg, Moulton-Udell, and Mormon Trail in the process.
They are currently sitting in the 4th spot of the Bluegrass Conference and only a half a game behind Moulton-Udell for the 3rd seed. The conference is led by 12-2 Lamoni, and in 2nd, 8-5 Seymour.
They will be back on the court tomorrow night to host Moravia at Melcher-Dallas High School Gymnasium, the tip-off will be at 6:00pm.
