The Central basketball teams have a tough test this evening in Kuyper Gymnasium, as the Loras Duhawks make their way to Pella. The Loras women are ranked #12 in the latest D3Hoops.com poll. Their loss to Luther on Saturday has the Duhawks in a four-way tie for first place in the league standings, and will surely be looking to stay atop the league with a win. The tandem of Marissa Schroeder and Macenzie Kraemer are two of the top five scorers in the conference, and will pose a big challenge for Central. The Dutch are coming off a close loss on the road to Coe, and had their three-game win streak snapped.

The Central men have now lost 10 in a row, and will face a Duhawk team, that while not what they used to be, still present one of the quickest and most athletic lineups in the entire conference. Central lost by two to the Duhawks on the road earlier in the season, and will look to build off that performance to try to pick up the victory.
