The City of Knoxville has been ranked as one of the top ten most affordable places to live in Iowa for 2020, according to HomeSnacks.net. HomeSnacks.net is a research group that combines recent data from the Census, FBI, OpenStreetMaps, and dozens of other sources into bite-sized studies to help anyone understand what it’s like to live in different communities across the country. The rankings are determined based off key living factors such as population, unemployment rates, poverty, median home price, median income, and median rent. This is the sixth year the study has been completed, and the first time Knoxville has been ranked as they come in at 9th.
