The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for Scooter’s Coffee today. The ceremony will be held at 1103 West Pleasant Street at 3:00 pm. Scooter’s Coffee is a drive-thru franchise that has been serving coffee for more than 20 years and has more than 250 locations in 16 states across the nation.
