While the Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad lost to Martensdale-St. Mary’s 77-55 on Tuesday night, Kieren Nichols scored his 1,000th career point for the Panthers during the first quarter of action, joining Brad Davis, John Carle, and Mark Godfrey in the boys 1,000 point club. The game itself was close throughout until the fourth quarter when the Blue Devils put the game away. Nichols led the Panthers with 23 points while Luke Keitges scored 16. Knoxville falls to 11-8. The Panthers are off until Monday when they travel to Carlisle.
