The Pella Community School District scored well on the new Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress this academic year. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the district outperformed state averages on most of the categories included in this year’s data. Pella High School was rated as exceptional based on this year’s scale, which he says is bolstered by the district’s level of students ready for advanced education after commencement and the school’s high graduation rate.
