It’s been another successful competition season for the Pella High School show choirs this winter. Mason Diaz-Bandera is a senior with the Acapella Varsity Choir, and says they’ve had a great run of shows at different competitions across the state this winter, including Dallas Center-Grimes, the Iowa High School Music Association Contest, and at Mt. Pleasant this past Saturday. Fellow seniors Hailey Kowzan and Cole Maifeld both say they look forward to this weekend’s competition at Benton, and then hosting 19 other high schools next weekend at the Dutch Masters Invitational in Pella. Tickets are available at Pella High School for Dutch Masters on February 21st and 22nd.
